Silent Disco

Last month I met with a few Twitter friends fot one of the Late Nights events at the Science museum.

Between all the attractions of the evening was one that was the most curious… and at the same time the must fun I had had in AGES… the SILENT DISCO…

It was quite interesting seeing people wearing huge headphones and dancing to no music (or different songs at the same time as it ended up being) but you can’t really know how much fun it actually us until you finally do it for yourself…

Funny things mobile phones are nowadays…

Me and Lush were talking on Monday about little comforts that we thing we need to be able to live and how it only takes moving houses to notice how we don’t REALLY need everything we owe.

In her case it took having her whole house packed away in storage… and then have it back in the lounge inside boxes to realise that actually… she didn;t need all of that stuff, and didn’t feel attached to any of it…

To me it took only a car full of things… The rest was left behind in various places…

Now you see… I am crazy about gadgets… Maplin is my idea of paradise… but I kinda came to realise that REALLY…. there are only 2 items in my inventory that I simply couldn’t live without it nowadays.

One of them is my MacBook… It is my office wherever I am… But even then it’s only because I there are a few things that I can’t just do on my iPhone.

I'm awake and siting here looking at my computer screen...

mind rushing over codes and solutions for problems that have none...

All over again...

The alarm in my watch beeps again, I should really make sure I turn that thing off

It's 10 to 3...

I take another look at the same line of code the has been playing and taunting the logic side of me...

I turn off the computer but and lay in bed but all I can do is dream in code

My subconscient trying to find a solution for the riddle

All over again...

I am once again awake and sitting on that same spot and staring at the same line of code

it's 10 past 3...

Here’s one for the ladies… Nope… I’m not posting photos of naked or semi naked men so hold on to your knickers…

I am here today to shed a little isight into some of manhood unspoken laws that govern every aspect of our lives, for as long as we will have an Other Half to govern it for us… so take note… And PLEASE try not to change them too much or take too much advantage of them (because I know you will learn them and then twist them to your own pleasure… Yeah… I know you do that… )
