I want to live in a house completelly made out of legos!!!
I wish I had this idea… and the money to buy 3 million bricks of lego…
The presenter of Top Gear, James May is up there and living my dream – and most of all TB’s dream in the middle of Denbies Wine Estate in Dorking for the BBC series “James May Toy Stories”. I a, soooo gonna have to watch that!!!
May has vowed to live for a few days in the life-sized house, which comes complete with a working shower and toilet, once it has been completed.
I’m planning to stay there for two or three days, or until it falls down – whichever is sooner. I’m pretty relaxed about it, but will just have to be careful moving around. If I wake up buried under a pile of bricks I’ll know it’s gone wrong.
Well one thing is for sure… if it works that COULD be a way to make housing prices go down as I am sure building houses out of legos would be cheapper than out of bricks! Not that some of the modern houses you see out there don;t already look as if they are made out of lego pieces but hey…
The most worrying thing of all is that he said he had the idea whilst having a beer with friends! Who said nothing good comes out of alcohol!!! LOL
As I said… I am soooo gonna have to watch that program with the TB. Too bad really they didn’t do it coser to us so I could take him to give a hand. They were letting the kiddos help make the mega bricks for the building! hehehe
I wanna live in Legoland!! How about you?? Would you live in a Lego House?!?!?!
zya!

I am back!! I know it is wednesday and not Monday like I promised… but I am back!
hehehhe
Got LOADS of news but let’s start with the Survival of the Fittest‘s On-spot coverage exclusive for UrbanVox.net (ah… other thing for you to bookmark… hehehe my you tube channel) lol…
The Video was WAY too long after I’ve pasted all the clips together… heheheh not even You Tube accepted the thing as a whole… so I stayed up last night to divide the saga in 3 parts… and as this one is the first V-Log I’ll run commentary in written underneath each of the parts of the video. I am planning to limit the next post to 1Clip so don;t worry… I promise I won’t bore you with 25 minute videos anymore! lol! Next time I’ll edit them to bite size drops… and I also promise I won’t edit them at 2am not to let so many mistakes run crazy on it (and maybe this way You Tube will let me upload the whole thing at once…
)! hehehehe… so… with no more delays… MH Survival of the Fittest (the comedy) Special edition in 3 parts!!
Part One – Late Night, Early Morning
yep… we were late! But no surprise there really… My wrong… I should have told Polly we were leaving at 6pm and then MAYBE we would be leaving in time… at 8pm… But hey…
Apart from all the middle of the night incidents… IT was fine apart from the cold I now have… coughing like CRAZY! Drive was great… empty roads… cool!
Part Two – Complications
Of course there were more complications!! Do you believe in Murphy’s Law? That is the one that dictates that whenever the slice of bread falls it will always fall with the butter turning down to the floor.
It wasn’t enough that we left almost 2 hours late… or that when we were pitching the second tent we foind out that it would be absolutely impossible to do so… or that in the middle of the night the tent almost flew away…
I thought my luck was turning when we undid the tent, and got ready to leave for the Event Village in record time… when the car decided it was NOT going to work…
Problem solved… I finally get my assignment…
Part Three – The Saga’s End
Yup… I got “The best” assignments… first… Chill Out… Which left me kinda bored…
Second… I took the last Checkpoint… which was… boring… Watch the competitors going up and down the stairs… Nothing like the Rat Race ones… which were quite exciting… or even funny! Well to make justice to the event there were other checkpoints that seemed to be AWESOME! I just wasn’t lucky enough to be stationed in any of them… Never mind…
It gave me time to think… and come up with some ideas… ideas that you will soon have posted here…
Sorry for being so secretive about it… it is just that creative rights need to be registered before I can tell all….
hehehehe… but soon VERY soon…
On other related news!! I am now officially a professional blogger… or a blog whore!!! huahuahua
Vic applied the other day to something called BlogHerAds telling me how difficult it was for them to approve your blog to start receiving ad, and that they had openings once a year or something like that and how she couldn’t wait to receive a response from them etc, so I went to check it out and ended up registering urbanvox.net on it to see if I could get some ads round here… The fact is that I never thought I’d have a chance… specially knowing how well Vic writes etc…
What was my surprise when on the next day I get an e-mail from BlogHerAds accepting my registration and sending contracts etc etc so I could become one of “their bloggers”… I mean… wow!!!!
Now I’m gonna have to modify my template again to accommodate my blog whoring… hehehe
That’s the non’fun bit of it… but hey… what can you do?
Filming and Photographing TB and Vic baking a carrot cake… so will have to run!
zya!
PS… the audio on the last film got compromised when I had to convert the video format and I’ve only noticed it now… so here goes the Animoto Music Video thing with the problem fixed…
zya!
Watching Wall-E with TB was one of the best ideas ever!!!! hehehe You should have seen him… he was GLUED to the screen from beginning to end of the movie!!!
Ok… he was not the only one…
Vic was even joking that he was a “mini-me” in everything… even our taste for movies, because I seemed to be as glued as he was!
Forget the dialogs (I know all the lines of conversation between Wall_e and EVE!!! heheh if you’ve seem the movie you will know what I mean… but I will not spoil with details… let’s just say “Wall-E!!!” “EVA!!” “Directive”!! hehehe ).
Here was I thinking that it was going to be another copy of Short- Circuit (if you check the image bellow you will see that the similarity is REMARKABLE!), but the only thing they sort of have in common was the appearance…

And the fact that they both get into trouble…
In fact, Wall-E is kid-sized romantic comedy/love-story. And as Tommy said: “It has transformers!!” he means robots… hehehe
Verdict Thumbs UP! We SO have to get it when it comes out on DVD!!!
On another sort of related topic. It has been confirmed! I be directing (start recording in a couple of weeks) my first serious Indie (independent if you don’t know) Short Film! yay! The name of the film is “Lost Keys” by Marcio Delgado. He has asked me not to comment on the synopses or on the script till we have it revised and under production. BTW… we’re looking for a ginger girl (29 to 25 years old) for one of the roles and a Hunk guy for the other…
interested???? hehehehehehe
BTW Spoken to Mel today. He’s been so busy producing the feature version of Area Boys that he hasn’t even had time to breathe lately (making off soon on actionstations.net). This Thursday We’ll have some coffee together (ME after recording for surgechurch.org and him after meeting up with his writer, and both between activities… heheheh) and discuss pre project for the Film Workshop for the Underground Hub which BTW… if you are interested in Film Making and live in London you CAN’T MISS!!!
Other piece of news that excited me and made me VERY happy is that Ricardo is getting ready to produce a pilot of a Entertainment/Public Audience/talk show for the Action Stations Network. He said he can have a pilot ready in about a month… GREAT NEWS!!!
AH!!! the CWI is now Live Video Capable!! hehehe… We’ll be streaming some stuff live from the Underground Hub!! uhuuuu!!! But again… I’ll post about the 2 things on due time. REALLY gotta go force myself to have some Zs!! 1:13am.Tomorrow starts my counseling course early in the morning!
No wonder I am so stressed… I keep getting myself into more and more things… hehehehe… I am Hopeless!
Gotta go!
PS: The family is Growing (again!!!) Soon TB will have more friends to play with!!! yay! hehehe… And nope… before you ask Vic is not pregnant! Will comment on it on due time!
zya!
I really could not believe when I saw that!
I am a big fan of Jericho and even helped sending nuts to CBS to save the series and have a second one aired… But when I found out they had put an ad on a billboard on Ventura Boulevard, magazine ads and now a campaign to spend US$6500.00 on a TV ad, I had to stop, laugh a bit… and then look in amazement at their persistence! And hell yeah! I would love a series 3 of Jericho so if you like the stuff, or even just to help up in the campaign to bring the series back, visit www.jericho4sale.com right now and find out how!!
Really… I wish we were half as idealistic as they are!
zya!

Yup… You’ve read it right!
The new Speed Racer is so psychedelic that it feels like Speed (the main character) is on Speed (the drug) all the time!
The film is not completely bad as the critics may say, but it could be A LOT better. Specially if you compare it to the original anime series . And believe me, I know! I used to watch it when I was a kiddo (That makes me feel sooo old).
Even if the Die Hard fans of the old anime hate it, I am quite sure today’s kiddos will love it, that is if they can face the boredom of all the flash backs and Japanese drama cut scenes that come in the package of the Wachowski Brothers film. I’ll put it to the test with TB and let you know some time next week when he is back from vovoh’s house.
Look, if I’ve endured the 135 min of film it can’t be that bad!
Ok… I am a sad Muppet according to Vic, but that’s beside the point!
zya!
PS: On a not so brighter note, the latest series of Bones is now officially over! I can’t believe Zack is Gorgonzola’s apprentice! (Sorry for the spoiler!
)
